Description: *	Navigating ComparaLex is a mixture of URL ($_GET), session vars and form post submissions. It should all be moved to the URL. Reasons: - Back button doesn't always work - If you open a new tab and navigate ComparaLex in a second screen it affects the first tab. - If you're browsing a page other than the home page and then type http://comparalex.canil.ca in the address bar it won't go to the home page - urls will provide consistent results
